Writing woes
Apr. 3rd, 2019 08:59 pmI suppose one of the less-glamorous parts about learning to write is learning when to cut your losses. Even if the loss IS an 8,000-word story written to satisfy an auction, one you've been pouring blood, sweat, and tears into for weeks.
But you know, sometimes when it's not working, it's just not working. And sometimes you can tell that because you get a different prompt and crank out 2500 words for it in a day.
...now I just wait and hope that my bidder approves of the idea. Oops.
